History Weekend Exhibition

Saturday 29th September 2007 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

In 2007 we were celebrating the coming together of Woodley Methodist Church and Woodley United Reformed Church to form Christ Church. It was also the 25th Anniversary of the new church building opening, replacing what is now the church hall.

On Saturday 29th September we opened our church buildings for an exhibition.

We celebrated the history of Christ Church and our involvement in the local community through this exhibition. A steady stream of visitors passed through all day. Two classes from Beechwood School had a pre-view on the Friday and worshippers at our Sunday morning service were able to view the exhibits too.
