Christ Church Woodley runs a Youth Club for senior school children on term-time Saturdays. It runs from 19:30 to 22:00. It is not an open club, only members of church families and their friends can come. If you have not been introduced by a club member, then you are not allowed in. Each member can only bring one visitor. It costs 50p to get in. Once you have been a visitor for six times you can complete a membership form and, subject to room and your behaviour, become a full member.
Sweets, chocolate and soft drinks are available for purchase.
It is only open during term time, closing for half term and also times when the buildings or adult leaders are not available.
We were open the following weeks, leaders permitting:
We are not open for sure on the following dates:
There will probably be a sleepover on 24th March before the Sunday Youth Service.
Sometimes special events are planned, which are optional.
Activities that are available every week are: computers/Internet, pool, table tennis, ball games, crash mat, board games, table football, music. Unfortunately Wii games are not available thanks to the projector being stolen. Most members just want to chill with their friends.
Have you seen the Facebook Group for the club? It was set up by Brett Stollery who was a member eons ago!.
